PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The purpose of data processing will depend on the services requested by the user through the various forms:

– Contact with the user, to inform them of our services and any other questions they may have concerning the LYCÉE.

– Enrolment: the user can download the various forms and authorisations required for enrolment, and provide their personal details in order to arrange a visit to the facilities.

– Connect‘ section: this section gives pupils, parents and teachers access to various applications and tools designed to facilitate their interaction with the LYCÉE: teaching tools, access to pupils’ grades, contact between pupils and teachers, etc. To access these functionalities, users must have received approval from the LYCÉE and have registered for the various services, to which they must provide the necessary personal data.

 

– Contact’ section: this section allows users to send their request for information to the centre, for which they must provide us with the data requested in the form. The data provided by the user through the contact form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of contacting the user and responding to his/her requests, complaints or queries.

 

Similarly, the data shared with the LYCEE will be processed to produce statistics to improve the services provided, to manage basic administrative tasks and to keep the user informed, both by e-mail and by other means, of news, products, services and activities related to the LYCEE and its objectives.

 

Data will only be processed for the purposes described above, and under no circumstances for purposes incompatible with these.
