Pupil-led learning

At the Lycée français international de Reus, children are instrumental in their learning. This means that our aim is for them to construct their own knowledge and learn through understanding.

Moreover, in Primary School there are no marks and no failures.

We accompany our pupils in a very personalised way with the co-intervention of teachers, small groups and progress groups.

• Cycle 2 (from 6 to 9 years old): is the cycle of fundamental learning.
• Cycle 3 (from 9 to 11 years old, including the first year of secondary school from 11 to 12 years old): is the consolidation cycle.

The whole teaching team works with projects that include the following skills: reading, scientific or transferable.

We always try to manipulate, experiment, develop hypotheses, test them and solve problems.
